{"id":8994,"date":"2018-02-12T10:41:03","date_gmt":"2018-02-12T15:41:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvdrama\/fan-art-competition-fear-walking-dead\/"},"modified":"2018-02-12T11:10:29","modified_gmt":"2018-02-12T16:10:29","slug":"fan-art-competition-for-fear-the-walking-dead","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvdrama\/fan-art-competition-for-fear-the-walking-dead\/","title":{"rendered":"Fan Art Competition for Fear the Walking Dead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AMC Global is hosting a competition for fan-created art promoting the new season of <em>Fear the Walking Dead<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>AMC is calling on fans in Latin America, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Thailand and the U.K. to create and submit original creative art concepts for the chance to see their art displayed as a promotional poster in their home country\u2019s capital city and win a cash prize of $1,000. A global winner will also be selected and will receive a trip for two to Los Angeles. The competition\u2019s judges include <em>Fear the Walking Dead<\/em> executive producer Greg Nicotero and executive producers and showrunners Andrew Chambliss and Ian Goldberg.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submissions is March 5. Season four of <em>Fear the Walking Dead<\/em> premieres globally on AMC from April 15.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe passion and dedication of <em>Fear the Walking Dead<\/em>\u2019s fans and followers is always so exhilarating for us to see,\u201d said Geraud Alazard, senior VP of marketing at AMC Networks International. \u201cIt seems only fitting that we should invite those fans to become a part of the new season\u2019s launch by creating an original piece of art which expresses what the show means to them.
