Creator Michelle Lovretta (<em>Lost Girl<\/em>, <em>The Secret Circle<\/em>), who has served as showrunner for all three seasons, will continue executive producer and writing duties for the remaining 20 episodes.<\/p>\n<p>Adam Barken (<em>X Company<\/em>, <em>Bruno and Boots<\/em>), who has been a writer and producer on the series since season one, is promoted to executive producer and showrunner. <em>Killjoys<\/em> is produced by Temple Street, a division of Boat Rocker Studios, in association with Space and SYFY. Universal Cable Productions (UCP) distributes the series worldwide with the exception of Canada.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are thrilled to have 20 episodes to complete the epic story of <em>Killjoys<\/em>,\u201d said David Fortier and Ivan Schneeberg, executive producers of <em>Killjoys<\/em> and co-presidents of Boat Rocker Studios. \u201cMichelle created a unique show that set a new standard for being both fun and empowering, and we are excited to see Adam taking the reins.
