Titles include the Czech Republic&#8217;s <em>Wasteland<\/em> and seasons one and two of Poland&#8217;s <em>Pakt<\/em> from HBO Europe; Taiwan&#8217;s <em>The Teenage Psychic<\/em> and the first two installments of Indonesia\/Thailand&#8217;s <em>Halfworlds<\/em> from HBO Asia; and Brazil&#8217;s\u00a0<em>La Vida Secreta de las Parejas<\/em> as well as seasons one and two of <em>El Hipnotizador<\/em> from HBO Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Plepler, HBO&#8217;s chairman and CEO, remarked: &#8220;Working with talented local writers, directors and producers, our international networks are creating programming that lives up to the high-quality storytelling that is expected of the HBO brand. This programming regularly outperforms even <em>Game of Thrones<\/em>\u2019 record audience numbers in their respective markets.
