Circle of Confusion and ITV Studios America will assemble a creative team to manage the TV studio\u2019s day-to-day operations. Circle of Confusion Television Studios<span class=\"s1\">\u00a0will be headquartered in Los Angeles and complement ITV Studios America\u2019s existing operations, its partnership with Tomorrow Studios, and investments in Blumhouse Television and Indigenous Media. ITV Studios Global Entertainment will manage the distribution of Circle of Confusion Television Studios\u2019 output.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In addition to <em>The Walking Dead<\/em>, Circle of Confusion&#8217;s roster includes the companion series <em>Fear the Walking Dead<\/em>; <em>Outcast<\/em>, which is launching a second season on Cinemax in 2018; and BBC America\u2019s <em>Dirk Gently&#8217;s Holistic Detective Agency<\/em>, with the second season now in production.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Circle of Confusion partners David Alpert, David Engel, Frank Frattaroli, Lawrence Mattis and Brad Mendelsohn said in a joint statement: \u201cWe have been looking for the right collaborator with whom to expand on our success in the television space and ITV Studios America is the perfect partner to support and accelerate the growth of our TV business.
