STOCKHOLM: Dramacorp and Isolani Pictures are working together on Rare<\/em>, which is being written by Alex Haridi (Real Humans<\/em>, Blue Eyes<\/em>) and directed by Thierry Poiraud (France 2\u2019s upcoming Zone Blanche<\/em>).<\/p>\n

The 8×45-minute series is being co-developed by Dramacorp, the Stockholm-based production company founded last year by Patrick Nebout and Jan Mojto\u2019s Beta Film, and Beta\u2019s French production house Isolani Pictures. The high-concept sci-fi series is set in a not-too-distant, parallel future, when Earth is running out of oxygen and air is becoming increasingly rare.<\/p>\n

Executive producers are Dramacorp\u2019s Nebout (Midnight Sun<\/em>, upcoming spy-thriller Hamilton<\/em>) and Mia Sohlman, who created and produced SVT\u2019s hit political thriller Blue Eyes<\/em>, and Isolani Pictures\u2019 Alexandre Richardot (Poiraud\u2019s long-time collaborator) and Daniel J. Cottinn (Netflix\u2019s Chef\u2019s Table<\/em> France<\/em>, NBCUniversal\u2019s Metal Hurlant Chronicles<\/em>).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
