The series was created by Fabien Nury (<em>Once Upon a Time in France<\/em>) and produced by Mascaret Films.<\/p>\n<p>Klaus Holtmann, the executive VP of digital channels at Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, said: \u201c<em>OURO<\/em> is a very well-produced show with a unique setting that we haven\u2019t seen on TV or in the movie theaters for a long time.
