The New Zealand detective series will enter its third season. <em>The Level<\/em>, an Acorn TV original series, debuts on December 12. The season-four finale of the Aussie period drama <em>A Place to Call Home<\/em> is set for December 25. The following day will see the season finale of the post-WWII drama <em>Close to the Enemy<\/em>, also an Acorn TV original.<\/p>\n<p>President of Acorn Brands at RLJ Entertainment, Mark Stevens, said, \u201cAfter the exciting premieres of our first two Acorn TV originals, <em>Agatha Raisin<\/em> and <em>Close to the Enemy<\/em>, we\u2019re excited to add a new thriller to our slate with <em>The Level<\/em>, which features a nail-biter of a script and a superb ensemble cast. Additionally, we\u2019re delighted that our subscribers have embraced quirky New Zealand detective drama<em> The Brokenwood Mysteries<\/em>, and we\u2019ll feature four brand new feature-length episodes, including a Christmas episode premiering on December 25.
