CANNES: Dynamic Television is joining forces with ndF, Nordisk Film and TV2 to adapt the best-selling book franchise\u00a0Dan Sommerdahl\u00a0<\/em>for TV.<\/p>\n

Anna Grue\u2019s famous Scandinavian crime novels are being packaged for TV as 5×90-minutes and 10×34-minutes. Dynamic Television\u00a0handling worldwide distribution.\u00a0Production is set to begin summer 2017 in Denmark, with\u00a0The Bridge<\/em>\u00a0co-creator Nikolaj Scherfig attached as head writer.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith the potential for high production value,\u00a0Dan Sommerdhal\u00a0is a perfect fit for Nordisk Film,\u201d said\u00a0Tomas Radoor\u00a0of Nordisk Film.\u00a0\u201cWe believe this collaboration will offer the best of the best from the\u00a0Nordics.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matthias Walther, ndF\u2019s CEO, added, \u201cIn addition to securing the rights to the novel series, we have also reached an agreement with the author to further expand\u00a0the property and its characters beyond those twelve stories.
