In casting news, Amy Manson (<em>Once Upon a Time<\/em>, <em>Being Human<\/em>) has come on board the production in the role of Lady Catherine Gordon, cousin to King James IV of Scotland. Catherine is the politically motivated love interest of \u201cThe Boy,\u201d to be played by Patrick Gibson (<em>The OA<\/em>, <em>The Passing Bells<\/em>). Andrew Whipp (<em>Outlander<\/em>, <em>Death in Paradise<\/em>) rounds out the cast as Richard Pole, supporter and former soldier of Henry VII.<\/p>\n<p><em>The White Princess<\/em> is helmed by showrunner Emma Frost (<em>The White Queen<\/em>, <em>The Man in the High Castle<\/em>, <em>Shameless<\/em>), also on board as executive producer, alongside producer and director Jamie Payne (<em>Legends<\/em>, <em>Quantico<\/em>).
