{"id":6505,"date":"2016-08-08T10:12:53","date_gmt":"2016-08-08T14:12:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvdrama\/second-season-for-aussie-drama-wanted\/"},"modified":"2016-08-08T11:53:34","modified_gmt":"2016-08-08T15:53:34","slug":"second-season-for-aussie-drama-wanted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldscreen.com\/tvdrama\/second-season-for-aussie-drama-wanted\/","title":{"rendered":"Second Season for Aussie Drama Wanted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SYDNEY: Channel Seven has commissioned a second season of the drama series <em>Wanted<\/em>, produced by Matchbox Pictures in conjunction with R &amp; R Productions.<\/p>\n<p>The drama premiered on Seven in February, achieving a combined series average of 1.85 million viewers.\u00a0<em>Wanted<\/em> stars Rebecca Gibney and Geraldine Hakewill as two women on the run from the law and their past.<\/p>\n<p>Gibney, who is also the series co-creator, said: \u201cWe are beyond excited with the commissioning of the second series of <em>Wanted<\/em>. Geri and I get on like a house on fire so we can\u2019t wait to return to life on the run. She&#8217;s the perfect partner in crime.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Seven\u2019s head of drama, Julie McGauran, said: \u201cWe are delighted to announce the second season of <em>Wanted<\/em>.
