NEW YORK: HBO has reversed its decision to order a second season of the Martin Scorcese and Mick Jagger collaboration Vinyl<\/em>.<\/p>\n HBO commissioned a second season of the show back in February after just one episode had aired. In April, the series lost\u00a0its showrunner, Terence Winter. In a statement, the network said,\u00a0\u201cAfter careful consideration, we have decided not to proceed with a second season of\u00a0<\/span>Vinyl<\/em>. Obviously, this was not an easy decision. We have enormous respect for the creative team and cast for their hard work and passion on this project.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The\u00a0show was set in the 1970s rock-and-roll scene in New York City.
