Many don\u2019t know he\u2019s still on the job or that he\u2019s even alive, but now he\u2019s back and his dedication to job and country has left him an unpredictable, charismatic loose cannon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWilmer Valderrama will be able to flex his dramatic, physical and comedic talents in this classic <em>NCIS<\/em> role,\u201d said Executive Producer Gary Glasberg. \u201cFans are going to see him like they\u2019ve never seen him before.
