Season nine, plus the most recent Christmas special, arrives on the service this fall.<\/p>\n<p>Peter Capaldi currently stars as the Doctor in the iconic BBC sci-fi series. The tenth season, launching in 2017, will be the last with Steven Moffat, who took the reins from Russell T Davies.
