Izzard (<em>Valkyrie<\/em>, <em>Oceans Thirteen<\/em>, <em>Oceans Twelve<\/em>, <em>Hannibal<\/em>) plays the villain Wolfe.<\/p>\n<p><em>Powers<\/em> is executive produced by the team behind <em>Caprica<\/em> (the prequel to <em>Battlestar Galactica<\/em>) and iconic comics such as Marvel\u2019s <em>Ultimate<\/em> series, <em>Daredevil<\/em> and <em>Judge Dredd<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Anna-Belen Dunlop, the acting acquisitions and channel manager at Spike, commented: \u201cI\u2019m delighted to welcome edgy crime drama\u00a0<em>Powers<\/em> to the Spike schedule. With great cast and impressive effects, it\u2019s an exciting twist on the superhero genre.
