NEW YORK: Best-selling author Harlan Coben is launching his own independent production venture, in partnership with RED Production Company.<\/p>\n
The company, Final Twist Production, will be based in the U.S. The aim is to develop contemporary, thrilling drama for American broadcast networks. The new company is already in development on a returning drama series, Six Years<\/em>, adapted from Coben\u2019s novel of the same name.<\/p>\n Coben will be joint CEO alongside RED founder Nicola Shindler, with STUDIOCANAL handling international distribution of the original content.<\/p>\n STUDIOCANAL will work with Final Twist on securing international co-production partners and will hold the distribution rights to the company\u2019s finished programming.<\/p>\n \u201cNicola and I had such a terrific experience creating The Five<\/em> for Sky One.
