She played the role of Wilhelmina Slater on the hit series <em>Ugly Betty<\/em>, and most recently appeared in the final season of <em>Desperate Housewives<\/em>, ABC&#8217;s <em>666 Park Avenue<\/em> and had guest-starring roles on <em>Royal Pains<\/em> and <em>The Good Wife<\/em>. In the new VH1 series, Williams will play Maxine, the creator and host of <em>The Lunch Hour<\/em>, a daytime talk show hosted by five women with very different points of view.<\/p>\n<p>The series is slated for a 2017 premiere. Executive producers are Josh Berman (<em>Drop Dead Diva<\/em>, <em>CSI<\/em>), Star Jones (TV personality, author and lawyer), Suzanne de Passe (<em>The Temptations<\/em>, <em>Lonesome Dove<\/em>), Madison Jones and Susan Levison. Writers for the series are Amy Engelberg and Wendy Engelberg, who also serve as executive producers. Suzanne Coston serves as co-executive producer.
