The series produced by Arcadia is inspired by the true story of the series creators\u2019 own family, owners of an iconic restaurant in downtown Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p>The series will premiere in 2026 in Spain on HBO Max as an HBO Original, and subsequently on 3Cat (the Catalan Public Network). A thriller, <em>Ravalear: Not For Sale,<\/em> is set in a popular restaurant in the heart of Barcelona\u2019s Raval neighborhood and has as its backdrop subjects such as real estate speculation, immigration and generational change-overs.<\/p>\n<p>The ensemble cast features Enric Auquer Sard\u00e0, Maria Rodr\u00edguez Soto, Sergi L\u00f3pez, Quim \u00c1vila, Francesc Orella, Llu\u00efsa Castell, Alba Guilera, Noor Ul Huda, Mohamed Ben Moula and Noa Guill\u00e9n, with the special collaboration of Marc Mart\u00ednez.<\/p>\n<p>International sales of the series are handled by Filmax.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely excited about this series,\u201d said Iv\u00e1n D\u00edaz, head of international at Filmax. \u201cWe believe that <em>Ravalear: Not For Sale<\/em> is the next gem of Catalan television drama, with its compelling blend of genres, the universal appeal of its story, and the exceptional talent it brings together both in front of and behind the camera.
