Other cast members include Carolina B\u00e9cquer, Ariadna Cabrol and Damian Schedler Cruz.<\/p>\n<p>Greg Barnett, commissioning editor at 5, ordered the series, which is co-produced by Blackbox Multimedia and Clapperboard, with ZDF Studios distributing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am thrilled to have John Hannah on board,&#8221; Barnett said. &#8220;He\u2019s absolutely perfect for the role of Dennis\u2014a character with sharp intellect, dry wit and life experience\u2014and from what I\u2019ve seen already, viewers will fall in love with him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Viviane Richard, associate producer of the series at ZDF Studios, said: &#8220;<em>Death in Benidorm<\/em> is such a witty and charming addition to the cozy crime genre, and John Hannah truly encapsulates this.
