Crystal Lake<\/em>, a prequel to the Friday the 13th<\/em> franchise for Peacock, has been acquired by Sky for the U.K. and Ireland.<\/p>\n

Crystal Lake, <\/em>produced by A24, marks the first new project connected to the franchise since the reboot of the 2009 original film. It is set to launch on Sky and NOW in 2026.<\/p>\n

It stars Linda Cardellini\u202f(Dead to Me, No Good Deed<\/em>), William Catlett\u202f(A Thousand and One, Constellation<\/em>),\u202fDevin Kessler (Godfather of Harlem<\/em>),\u202fCameron Scoggins\u202f(Shades of Blue, Nashville<\/em>) and\u202fGwendolyn Sundstrom.<\/p>\n
