Josh Charles (<em>The Handmaid\u2019s Tale<\/em>, <em>The Good Wife<\/em>) is starring in the lead role as Best.<\/p>\n<p><em>Best Medicine<\/em> is being produced by FOX Entertainment Studios and executive-produced by Ben Silverman (<em>The Office<\/em>, U.S.), Rodney Ferrell (<em>Stick<\/em>), Howard T. Owens (<em>Stick<\/em>), Liz Tuccillo (<em>Sex and the City<\/em>), Mark Crowdy (<em>Doc Martin<\/em>) and Philippa Braithwaite (<em>Doc Martin<\/em>).
