Pennington, <em>The Othello Club<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>With Martin Compston (<em>Line of Duty<\/em>, <em>Mayflies<\/em>, <em>The Nest<\/em>) and Aim\u00e9e-Ffion Edwards (<em>Slow Horses<\/em>, <em>Peaky Blinders<\/em>) attached to star in the lead roles, the series will follow six strangers brought together by a divorce support group. They quickly transform from therapy-seeking victims to architects of retribution, and what begins as a cathartic outlet spirals into something deadly.<\/p>\n<p>Compston and Edwards will be joined by Meera Syal (<em>Goodness Gracious Me<\/em>, <em>The Kumars at No. 42<\/em>, <em>Mrs Sidhu Investigates<\/em>), Sharon Rooney (<em>Barbie<\/em>, <em>Daddy Issues<\/em>, <em>Jerk<\/em>), Douglas Henshall (<em>Shetland<\/em>, <em>Who Is Erin Carter?<\/em>), Chaneil Kular (<em>Sex Education<\/em>, <em>Protection<\/em>) and Amit Shah (<em>Mr Bates vs. The Post Office<\/em>, <em>Happy Valley<\/em>), as well as Aoife Kennan (<em>Vera<\/em>, <em>The Dumping Ground<\/em>), Rob Malone (<em>The Witcher<\/em>, <em>Vikings<\/em>), Niamh Walsh (<em>Smother<\/em>, <em>Jamestown<\/em>), Wil Coban (<em>The Boys in the Boat<\/em>, <em>Origin<\/em>), Christina Bennington (<em>Halo<\/em>, <em>The Game<\/em>) and Eoin Duffy (<em>The Dry<\/em>, <em>The Apprentice<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Outside of the U.K., the series is being produced by Gaumont, in association with Fremantle, which is handling international sales.<\/p>\n<p>Tim Kirkby (<em>Don\u2019t Forget the Driver<\/em>, <em>Fleabag<\/em>) is serving as the lead director alongside Daniel O\u2019Hara (<em>The Red King<\/em>, <em>Stay Close<\/em>). Gabbie Asher (<em>Sanctuary<\/em>, <em>The Tattooist of Auschwitz<\/em>) is creating the series for television alongside Pennington, with episodes written by Matt Jones (<em>The Split<\/em>) and Adam Usden (<em>Lupin<\/em>).
