Simmons in the show, created by Chris Brancato. Set to begin production this July in Toronto, the crime drama focuses on a notorious Irish gang in early 1980s New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Welliver is set to play Glenn Keenan, a troubled NYPD officer who grew up with the Westies crew.
