Powley will appear as Petunia Dursley alongside Daniel Rigby as Vernon Dursley. Additionally, Lox Pratt has been cast as Draco Malfoy.<\/p>\n<p>Several Hogwarts student roles were also cast, with Leo Early as Seamus Finnigan, Alessia Leoni as Parvati Patil, and Sienna Moosah as Lavender Brown.<\/p>\n<p>The series is being marketed as a \u201cfaithful adaptation\u201d of the <em>Harry Potter<\/em> books by J.K. Rowling. It will stream exclusively on HBO Max where it is available, including in upcoming launch markets Germany, Italy and the U.K. Theo original class films will remain available as well.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Harry Potter<\/em> series is being written and executive produced by Francesca Gardiner. Mark Mylod will executive produce and direct multiple episodes of the series for HBO in association with Bront\u00eb Film and TV and Warner Bros. Television.
