We would like to thank all the tens of thousands of children who auditioned. It&#8217;s been a real pleasure to discover the plethora of young talent out there.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The series, which is being billed as a faithful adaptation of J.K. Rowling\u2019s <em>Harry Potter<\/em> books, is being written and executive produced by Gardiner. Mylod is also executive producing. Additional executive producers are Rowling; Bront\u00eb Film &amp; TV\u2019s Neil Blair and Ruth Kenley-Letts; and Heyday Films\u2019 David Heyman. The series is being produced for HBO in association with Bront\u00eb Film &amp; TV and Warner Bros.
