Charles is a rugged, handsome farmer defined by his optimism, storytelling and fatherhood.<\/p>\n<p>Crosby Fitzgerald (<em>Crime 101<\/em>,<em> Palm Royale<\/em>) will play Caroline Ingalls. Caroline is deeply in love with Charles, in a marriage that practices equality despite it being the 19th century.<\/p>\n<p>Skywalker Hughes (<em>I<\/em>,<em> Object<\/em>) will be Mary Ingalls. Mary is her sister Laura&#8217;s opposite- a rule follower with an obedient personality.<\/p>\n<p><em>Little House on the Prairie<\/em> is an origin story of the American West, based on Laurel Ingalls Wilder\u2019s Little House books. The executive producers are showrunner Rebecca Sonnenshine (<em>The Boys<\/em>,<em> Vampire Diaries<\/em>, <em>Archive 81<\/em>), Joy Gorman Wettels for Joy Coalition, Trip Friendly for Friendly Family Productions, Dana Fox and Susanna Fogel.
