Tomorrow Studios has revealed plans to acquire the Tess Monaghan books, written by Laura Lippman, to adapt for television.<\/p>\n
The 12-book series follows reporter-turned-private investigator Tess Monaghan in her pursuits around Baltimore\u2019s diverse neighborhoods. Lippman and author Megan Abbott (Queenpin<\/em>, The Turnout<\/em>) will co-write the series adaptation.<\/p>\n The series will be executive produced by Tomorrow Studios\u2019 Marty Adelstein, CEO and partner; Becky Clements, president and partner; and Alissa Bachner, executive VP.
