The first season of <em>Bariau<\/em> was broadcast on S4C in January 2024 and earned two BAFTA Cymru nominations\u2014one for series producer Alaw Llewelyn Roberts and another for Annes Elwy, who won best actress.<\/p>\n<p>Gwion Tegid stars as Barry, who is trying to balance his responsibilities as the prison wing\u2019s new \u201ctop dog\u201d and his personal relationships.
