O&#8217;Byrne (<em>Conclave<\/em>, <em>The Wonder<\/em>) and Youssef Kerkour (<em>Lockerbie: A Search For Truth<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p><em>Prisoner<\/em> is written and created by showrunner Matt Charman (<em>Bridge of Spies<\/em>, <em>Treason<\/em>). Haleema Mizra is deputy showrunner and writer. The series is directed by Otto Bathurst (<em>Lockerbie: A Search for Truth<\/em>, <em>Peaky Blinders<\/em>), with later episodes directed by Pia Strietmann (<em>Herrhausen\u2013The Banker and The Bomb<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>The series will be available on Sky in the U.K. and Ireland.
