Production has begun on the new six-part drama series The Family Next Door, based on Sally Hepworth\u2019s novel of the same name, for ABC TV and ABC iview in Australia.<\/p>\n
Commissioned by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, The Family Next Door<\/em> is a Beyond Entertainment and Muse Entertainment co-production. It has been adapted for television by Sarah Scheller (Strife<\/em>, The Letdown<\/em>).<\/p>\n The Family Next Door<\/em> is also written by Pip Karmel (Total Control<\/em>), Julia Moriarty (Total Control<\/em>) and Andrew Anastasios (Troppo<\/em>). It tells the story of enigmatic Isabelle (Palmer), who moves into a small seaside cul-de-sac where her obsessive drive to solve a mystery casts suspicion on four neighboring families.<\/p>\n Currently filming in Victoria, The Family Next Door<\/em> is directed by Emma Freeman (The Newsreader<\/em>, Interview with the Vampire<\/em>).
