Seven.One Studios International has signed new deals across Europe and Australia for a slew of English-language dramas, including Vienna Blood.<\/p>\n
The new fourth season of the hit period crime drama has sold to Mediawan Rights in French-speaking Europe, RTP in Portugal, Movistar in Spain, TV4 in Sweden and Viasat World in CEE. Other broadcasters picked up a selection of specific seasons.<\/p>\n
SBS in Australia and Telemadrid and TV Aragon in Spain acquired seasons one through three of Vienna Blood<\/em>, while TV Galicia and A Punt picked up season one for Valencia. DR in Denmark signed a deal for all four seasons, as did Switzerland\u2019s blue Entertainment for its IPTV platform blue TV.<\/p>\n Vienna Blood<\/em> comes from screenwriter Steve Thompson and is produced by Endor Productions and MR Film for Austria\u2019s ORF and Germany\u2019s ZDF. It stars Matthew Beard and Juergen Maurer.<\/p>\n Australia\u2019s SBS also signed a deal for all three seasons of the conspiracy thriller Departure<\/em>. Switzerland\u2019s blue TV picked up seasons one and two, Rai in Italy acquired season three, and Disney signed on to distribute the series across channels operating in the MENA region.<\/p>\n Departure<\/em> stars Archie Panjabi and is produced by by Shaftesbury, Greenpoint Productions, Deadpan Pictures and Pope Productions in association with Corus Entertainment, Starlings Television and Seven.One Studios International for Canada\u2019s Global.<\/p>\n The psychological drama Plan B<\/em>, produced by KOTV for Canada\u2019s CBC, was sold to Talpa TV in the Netherlands. The anthology series is led by Patrick J Adams in season one and Vinessa Antoine in season two.<\/p>\n Seasons one and two of Bosch<\/em>, starring Titus Welliver, have been sent to CANAL+ Group\u2019s POLAR+ in France and SBS in Australia. Samsung TV Plus (GAS and U.K.) and Kan (Israel) have acquired all seven seasons of the drama, which is produced by Fabrik Entertainment for Prime Video (U.S.).<\/p>\n Additionally, ABC Australia acquired season two of the comedy drama Double Parked<\/em>, produced by Kevin & Co for Warner Bros. Discovery in New Zealand.
