ITV Studios has acquired a majority stake in Eagle Eye Drama, launched by Walter Iuzzolino, Jo McGrath and Jason Thorp, which is also the team behind the international drama streaming service Walter Presents.<\/p>\n
Eagle Eye, which has been part of Channel 4\u2019s Indie Growth Fund since 2019, has a slate that includes ITV\u2019s Professor T<\/em> and Hotel Portofino <\/em>and\u00a0Channel 4\u2019s Before We Die<\/em>, Suspect<\/em> and The Couple Next Door<\/em>.<\/p>\n As part of the deal, ITV Studios has also acquired a majority stake in the Belgium-based production services company Happy Duck, led by producer and director Dries Vos (Professor T<\/em>, The Couple Next Door<\/em>), which services Eagle Eye\u2019s global slate.<\/p>\n International distribution of new Eagle Eye series will be handled by ITV Studios.<\/p>\n Julian Bellamy, managing director of ITV Studios, said: \u201cSince launching Eagle Eye just five years ago, Walter, Jo and Jason have built a really impressive scripted business.
