The anthology drama series centers on four narratives of love, courage, survival and loss. It is currently being filmed on location in Israel.<\/p>\n<p>Created by Oded Davidoff and Daniel Finkelman, One Day in October will premiere on yes TV in Israel this October and be distributed worldwide by FOX Entertainment Global. New York-based production company Sparks Go and Israel\u2019s ZOA Films are also on board.<\/p>\n<p>This event anthology series features four hour-long episodes written by Liron Ben-Shlush<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(<i>Next to Her, Working Woman<\/i>), Oded Davidoff<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(<i>The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem<\/i>,<i> The Malevolent Bride<\/i>), Adam G. Simon (<i>Point Blank, Man Down<\/i>) and Amir Hasfari and Keren Weissman<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(<i>Mama\u2019s Angel<\/i>); directed by Oded Davidoff; and produced by Daniel Finkelman<em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/em><i>(Menasche, The Performance<\/i>), Chaya Amor (<i>The Performance<\/i>), Aviv Ben-Shlush (<i>Matchmaking<\/i>, <i>Shtisel<\/i>), Finkelman, Lee Ben-Shlush Kuperman (<i>Road 65, Nafas<\/i>) and FOX Entertainment Studios\u2019 Szew.<\/p>\n<p>The cast includes Swell Ariel Or (<i>The<\/i><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><i>Beauty Queen of Jerusalem<\/i>), Noa Kedar (<i>The Malevolent Bride<\/i>) and Naomi Levov (<i>Yona, On the Spectrum<\/i>),<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/span>Hisham Suliman (<i>Fauda<\/i>, <i>Munich<\/i>),<span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/span>Wael Hamdoun (<i>Fauda<\/i>), Yuval Semo (<i>Elisha<\/i>, <i>Superdaddy),<\/i><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/span>Avi Azulay (<i>Testament: The Story of Moses<\/i>),<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Naveh Tzur (<i>Valley<\/i>, <i>Noble Savage<\/i>) and<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Yael Abecassis (<i>Shabatot VeHagim, Prisoners of War<\/i>).<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>One Day in October<\/em> is among the most powerful projects I\u2019ve seen, let alone been involved with,\u201d said Fernando Szew, head of FOX Entertainment Studios. \u201cBeautifully filmed, yet gut-wrenching, these are stories of people at their best in the midst of unimaginable, horrible circumstances.
