Submarine, Night Train Media, Videoland and Zero Gravity have unveiled a slew of new cast members for their upcoming thriller Safe Harbor, represented by Eccho Rights.<\/p>\n
Joining the cast of the series, which comes from Ozark<\/em> co-creator Mark Williams, are Colm Meaney (Layer Cake<\/em>, Con Air<\/em>), Pauline McLynn (Father Ted<\/em>, Last Night in Soho<\/em>), Damien Molony (The Split<\/em>, Crashing<\/em>) and Daniel Lapaine (Catastrophe<\/em>, Black Mirror<\/em>).<\/p>\n Previously announced cast are Alfie Allen (Game of Thrones<\/em>, Rogue Heroes<\/em>), Charlie Murphy (Happy Valley<\/em>, Peaky Blinders<\/em>), Jack Gleeson (Game of Thrones<\/em>, Sex Education<\/em>) and Martijn Lakemeier (The East<\/em>, Marie Antoinette<\/em>).<\/p>\n Inspired by true events, the eight-part series follows a gifted hacker and his ambitious best friend, who are intent on cracking into the tech billionaires club. When they cross paths with the Irish mob, they are enlisted to hack into the computer system of Rotterdam harbor, Europe\u2019s largest shipping port, to secure the undetected deliveries of drug shipments.<\/p>\n Safe Harbor<\/em> is directed by Arne Toonen, Williams and the Belgian directing duo Norman Bates. Filming began in the fall of 2023, and the series is set to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024.
