The sci-fi horror-drama title follows a group of survivors as they navigate a postapocalyptic world filled with zombies and danger at every turn.<\/p>\n<p><em>Z Nation<\/em> began streaming on Netflix in 2015 after the first season broadcast.<\/p>\n<p>Max Einhorn, senior VP of acquisitions and co-productions for FilmRise, said: \u201cZombies and postapocalyptic worlds continue to captivate audiences around the world. The <em>Z Nation<\/em> franchise has demonstrated remarkable strength and success, boasting multiple seasons on the SYFY Channel\u2014an acquisition that aligns perfectly with our programming goals.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>David Rimawi, founding partner of The Asylum, added: &#8220;Our incredibly devoted fan base for the series, as well as its Netflix spin-off <em>Black Summer<\/em>, will be thrilled.
