Set in the 1850s, the series is based on the best-selling novel by Elizabeth Macneal.<\/p>\n<p>Working with Banijay Rights, the company also secured two seasons of the Roman epic <em>Domina<\/em>, with the first season also premiering on Epic Drama in early 2024.<\/p>\n<p>From ITV Studios, Viasat World bought the four-part adaptation of Henry Fielding\u2019s classic 1749 novel <em>Tom Jones<\/em>, as well as the eight-part crime thriller <em>The Serpent<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>From Beta Film, the third season of the premium German period drama series <em>SISI<\/em> will air on the channel, alongside <em>The House of Promises<\/em>, a drama based in the 1920s.<\/p>\n<p>Viasat World has picked up <em>The Canterville Ghost<\/em>, <em>Les Mis\u00e9rables<\/em> and <em>Maigret<\/em> from the BBC Studios library.
