FilmRise has acquired the exclusive worldwide digital distribution rights to the fully restored version of the Western anthology series Death Valley Days<\/em>.<\/p>\n The deal covers all 452 25-minute episodes across 18 seasons, which originally ran from 1952 to 1970. This includes episodes starring Ronald Reagan, who hosted the program from 1964 to 1966 as his final work as an actor prior to his political career.<\/p>\n The show originated on the radio in the 1930s. It features true accounts of the American Old West, specifically in the Death Valley area of southeastern California. In addition to Reagan, hosts included Stanley Andrews, Robert Taylor and Dale Robertson.
