A team of Swedish investigators must race against time to unveil the identity of the hijackers before they either bring down the plane themselves or it gets shot out of the sky by the U.S. military.<\/p>\n<p>More series included in the deal are <em>The Palace<\/em>, set in East Berlin in 1988, and <em>The New Front<\/em>, following a young police officer who falls in love with a secretive young man and ends up entangled in a right-wing extremist conspiracy.<\/p>\n<p>All three titles will be available in the U.K. later this year. <em>Hostage<\/em> and <em>The Palace<\/em> will also be exclusively available in the U.S. and Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Klaus Rasmussen, co-head of acquisitions and sales (theatrical) for Global Screen, commented, \u201cWe are delighted to see three of our high-end drama series heading to the U.S. and the U.K. <em>The New Front<\/em> and <em>Hostage<\/em> are real edge-of-your-seat thrillers, and <em>The Palace<\/em>, set against the backdrop of Berlin\u2019s great review theatre in a divided Germany, is a moving, exhilarating and life-affirming story.
