The 11-episode second season of the series debuted on June 22 and is set to conclude on August 24.<\/p>\n<p>The series is developed and executive produced by Michael Patrick King. Additional executive producers include John Melfi, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, Julie Rottenberg and Elisa Zuritsky. The original\u00a0<em>Sex and the City<\/em> was created by Darren Star, based on the book of the same name by Candace Bushnell.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Aubrey, head of original content at Max, said: \u201cWe are delighted to share that since the launch of season two, <em>And Just Like That\u2026<\/em> ranks as the number one Max Original overall, and is the most-watched returning Max Original to date. As we approach the highly anticipated season finale on Thursday, we raise our cosmos to Michael Patrick King and his magnificent team of writers, producers, cast and crew who continue to charm us, 25 years later, with dynamic friendships and engaging stories.
