Scanlan and is written by screenwriter Patrick Harbinson (<em>Homeland<\/em>, <em>Fearless<\/em>, <em>24<\/em>). <em>The Tower 3: Gallowstree Lane\u00a0<\/em>is produced by Harbinson\u2019s Windhover Films and Mammoth Screen.<\/p>\n<p>Filming has begun, with plans for the new season to air on ITV1.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Tower 2: Death Message<\/em> premieres on ITV later this month, with the four-part series streaming on ITVX. The first season is also available to view on ITVX.<\/p>\n<p><em>The Tower<\/em> is distributed internationally by ITV Studios.<\/p>\n<p>Harbinson said: &#8220;We\u2019re delighted to be filming a third series of <em>The Tower<\/em>. Damien and I are very grateful to Polly Hill and ITV for the early commission. <em>Gallowstree Lane<\/em> has a high-stakes drugs and gangs storyline, with Jimmy and Emmett\u2019s characters taking major roles. Sarah and Lizzie have gripping and heartbreaking stories, too, as the drama of Portland Tower comes full circle.
