Banijay Rights has lined up new broadcasters for the historical drama Marie Antoinette<\/em>, a CANAL+ Creation Originale.<\/p>\n

Created and written by Deborah Davis (The Favourite<\/em>), the series has been acquired by Antenna Plus (Ant1+) in Greece, \u010cesk\u00e1 televize in the Czech Republic, DIRECTV in Latin America and Canada\u2019s CBC\/Radio-Canada for CBC Gem (English) and ICI T\u00e9l\u00e9 and ICI Tou.tv (French).<\/p>\n

Additional pickups include RT\u00c9 in Ireland, Sky Italia, Radio & Television Slovakia (RTVS) and Viaplay across all Nordic and Baltic countries and the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

These new agreements follow previous sales of Marie Antoinette to BBC First in Australia, PBS Distribution in the U.S. and BBC Two and iPlayer in the U.K.<\/p>\n
