Banijay UK has acquired Mam Tor Productions, which is behind the hit BBC One drama Chloe<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Mam Tor focuses on high-end, contemporary and original returning series and works predominantly with new talent, women and other underrepresented groups. Its latest series, the six-part original drama Chloe<\/em>, was a hit for BBC One earlier in the year and was acquired by Amazon Prime Video.<\/p>\n

Mam Tor Productions is the first company to be acquired by Banijay in the U.K. since it acquired Endemol Shine in 2020 and its first scripted acquisition in the U.K.<\/p>\n
