Miso Film has tapped Christian Rank, former head of drama at DR, as head of development and producer.<\/p>\n
Taking up the role in August 2022, Rank will have a view across local and global productions, working on the development and production of scripted projects for Miso Film, bringing in IP and building a strong roster of creative talent.<\/p>\n
Rank was behind TV 2 series such as Rita<\/em>, Norskov<\/em>, Warrior<\/em> and Lucky Per<\/em> along with Lykke<\/em> and The Legacy<\/em> at DR. As head of drama, he was responsible for productions such as When the Dust Settles<\/em>, Cry Wolf<\/em>, Doggystyle<\/em>, Julefeber<\/em> and the latest season of Borgen<\/em>.<\/p>\n Peter Bose, CEO and producer of the Miso Film Group, commented:\u00a0\u201cThe decision to hire Christian is an important step in accomplishing Miso Film\u2019s ambition of growing the company\u2019s profile and fulfilling its huge market potential.
