Every Cloud is behind such hits as <em>Miss Fisher\u2019s Murder Mysteries<\/em>, <em>Ms Fisher&#8217;s Modern Murder Mysteries<\/em> and <em>A Sunburnt Christmas<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Drew Grove, Mike Jones and Shraddha Gatiya will now become partners at Every Cloud. Grove, head of business affairs, has been appointed as CEO, with Jones as head of content and Gatiya as finance director.<\/p>\n<p>Eagger said, \u201cDeb and I are thrilled to be handing over the reins to our trusted team who have been such an important part of the company\u2019s success. Succession planning is important, and we are excited to infuse our beloved company with new energy and vitality as we devolve our responsibilities to an advisory capacity, whilst retaining rights and roles in our key properties.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cox said, \u201cAs a company, we\u2019ve always sought to increase female representation on screen as well as behind the camera and to create screen career opportunities in regional communities. We think it&#8217;s equally important to support new talent to step into leadership roles and to provide mentoring and business opportunities to the next generation of screen creatives. It\u2019s exciting to know that Every Cloud will continue in the very capable hands of Drew, Mike and Shraddha.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs well as our colleagues in the company, we&#8217;ve had the good fortune to work with great people in our industry, and we thank them all for their support, collaboration and brilliance. We\u2019d particularly like to thank and acknowledge Film Victoria, Screen NSW and Screen Australia, as well the other State funding agencies, who do so much to foster and support companies such as ours,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n<p>Grove said, \u201cIt\u2019s an exciting time for screen production in Australia, and Mike, Shraddha and I\u2014with Deb and Fiona\u2019s support\u2014will take advantage of expanding market opportunities while continuing to further exploit the company\u2019s existing and very successful suite of brands, including both <em>Miss Fisher<\/em> and <em>Ms Fisher<\/em> series.
