Currently, the channel is playing episodes starring the original Inspector Barnaby, John Nettles.<\/p>\n<p>The launch of the new channel comes as <em>Midsomer Murder<\/em>s celebrates its 25th anniversary and rounds off a slew of new opportunities for the series, including a new interactive novel released by Octopus Books and a casual gaming app released by Qiiwi Interactive.<\/p>\n<p>Gary Woolf, executive VP of strategic development for All3Media International, said: \u201c<em>Midsomer Murders<\/em> continues to drive significant success across multiple windows in North America and indeed globally.
