Series Mania has opened the call for submissions for its three writing residencies for developing screenwriters that are part of the Series Mania Forum, which will be held next March.<\/p>\n
The call for submissions for the Writers Campus, a weeklong workshop gathering 20 emerging TV drama writers; the Drama Series Co-Writing Residency Israel-France, where ten Franco-Israeli duos will participate in a series of workshops to pitch and develop their projects; and the DEENTAL Series Workshop, for talent coming from African, Caribbean and Pacific countries, are open through December 20. All three programs will take place in Lille, France, from March 18 to 24, 2022.<\/p>\n
Laurence Herszberg, founder and general director of Series Mania, said: \u201cWe are delighted to be accepting applications for the 2022 edition of our writing residencies. Our three programs, which take place concurrently in our creative workspace in Lille, operate independently but participate in common networking events and masterclasses with special guests. With the Writers Campus launched in 2017, the Drama Series Co-Writing Residency Israel-France in 2019 and the DEENTAL Series Workshop earlier this year, we are truly the launchpad for many of today\u2019s burgeoning writers from around the world.\u201d<\/p>\n
