When she starts to have flashbacks to her childhood in India and its partition, Hindu deities appear to guide her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re thrilled to be working with Lena and Peephole Productions to bring Nikita\u2019s beautiful story to the screen,\u201d said Katie O\u2019Connell Marsh, vice-chair of Boat Rocker Studios. \u201cWe know that global audiences will be as captivated by the powerful and original storytelling as we are.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve long been in love with Nikita\u2019s words,\u201d added Headey. \u201c<em>The Girl and the Goddess<\/em> is a tale that just begs to be seen and celebrated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m delighted to be working with Lena, Peephole and Boat Rocker to bring my deeply personal tale <em>The Girl and the Goddess<\/em> to life,\u201d said Gill.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Connell Marsh and Nick Nantell serve as executive producers for Boat Rocker, along with Lena Headey and Tina Thor for Peephole Productions.
