Eccho Rights has concluded a deal with the Spanish media group Atresmedia for the Turkish drama series Legacy<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Atresmedia\u2019s licensing of the series marks the latest Turkish drama acquisition for the broadcast group, which has had success with Turkish series on the thematic channel Nova and on the flagship free-to-air channel Antena 3.\u00a0A daily series for Kanal 7 in Turkey, Legacy<\/em> is produced by Karamel Yapim.<\/p>\n

Legacy<\/em> tells the story of little Yusuf and his aunt Seher, who finds herself fighting to foster the boy after he is orphaned. Seher faces resistance from Yusuf’s late father\u2019s family but encounters an unexpected romance as emotions rise in the battle to protect her family\u2019s legacy. A second season of the series is in the works.<\/p>\n
