Cream Productions is working on the virtual reality sci-fi drama Dark Threads<\/em>, which includes an avatar of Dominic Monaghan (Star Wars: Episode IX\u2014The Rise of Skywalker<\/em>, Lost<\/em>, Lord of the Rings<\/em> trilogy).<\/p>\n

The fully interactive experience allows gamers to embark on a fantastical journey of consciousness, as players drop into a near-future environment to enact their personal narratives. Their memories are gone, so they must piece together the clues with the help of benevolent AI.<\/p>\n

Beginning July 22, Dark Threads<\/em> will be available on the Steam store for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. Dark Threads<\/em> is funded by the Canada Media Fund, Ontario Creates and Cream Productions.<\/p>\n
