The season one finale of <em>The Mosquito Coast<\/em> debuts on Apple TV+ on Friday, June 4.<\/p>\n<p>The seven-episode series is created for television and executive produced by Cross. Executive producers also include Paul Theroux, Justin Theroux, Rupert Wyatt and Edward L. McDonnell. Alan Gasmer, Peter Jaysen and Bob Bookman also serve as executive producers for Veritas Entertainment Group. It was developed by Cross and Tom Bissell.<\/p>\n<p>Matt Cherniss, Apple\u2019s head of programming, said: \u201c<em>The Mosquito Coast<\/em> has captured the imagination of viewers all over the world, not only because of its adrenaline-fueled action and adventure but also for the engaging family story and captivating performances at its heart.
