The participants have been selected for their writing and production values, originality and worldwide appeal.<\/p>\n<p>The lineup features <em>Agatha Christie&#8217;s Sven Hjerson<\/em> (ZDF Enterprises), <em>Anne Boleyn<\/em> (Sony Pictures Television), <em>Container<\/em> (Yellow, Black and White), <em>Don&#8217;t Leave Me<\/em> (Federation Entertainment), <em>Feudal<\/em> (Entertainment One), <em>Furia<\/em>\/<em>Fury<\/em> (Keshet International), <em>Lucky Day<\/em> (About Premium Content), <em>Pandore<\/em> (About Premium Content), <em>Supernormal<\/em> (Beta Film), <em>The Beast Must Die<\/em> (New Regency), <em>The Winemaker<\/em> (Beta Film) and <em>Whitstable Pearl<\/em> (Cineflix Rights).<\/p>\n<p>After the screenings, participating buyers will be invited to vote for their Coup de C\u0153ur. The winner will be revealed online on April 16.<\/p>\n<p>Sarah Wright, director of Sky Cinema and acquisitions for Sky UK, commented: \u201cAfter the terrible, tumultuous year that was 2020, it is really uplifting to see such a strong list for MIPDrama\u2019s Official Selection this year. From a fabulous new take on a classic queen to a mysterious dive beneath the surface of a picturesque British seaside town, via ethical dilemmas, raucous dramedy, thrilling investigations and so much more, there is a dazzling array of programming on offer this year.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Aline Marrache, senior VP of development for original scripted content at Universal Music Media &amp; Content, added: \u201cThe level of production is significantly growing each year and the series have more and more original intrigues. The plethoric proposal of genres and nationalities, additionally to top premium executions, make this year\u2019s MIPDrama selection must watch for international experts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Anette Romer, format consultant for STV Productions, added: \u201cIt is delightful to see that this year\u2019s entries for MIPDrama are not just high in quantity but certainly also in quality.
